APPLICATION DEADLINE
Applications must be postmarked no later than midnight, May 15th, annually.
Applications that do not meet all criteria will not be considered for any scholarship.
Please read and carefully complete all information as requested.
There will be only one (1) scholarship award per applicant.
A checklist of items is listed below for your convenience to ensure you have completed all parts of the application as required.
CHECKLIST
- Official Transcript
- Completed typed application
- Township of Union Public Library Card
- Typed Essay
- Identify the scholarship for which you are applying (JS or MS)
- Proof of acceptance or attendance to a post-secondary accredited college, university or an accredited trade school.
- Be a graduate of Union Township High School or Affiliate.
